■	Percentage of the total value of the works

All quotes will indicate the best fee structure to suit the project.

Following an initial briefing where we are able to establish your budget limit, and expectation of the project and size thereof, we are able to supply estimated budgets of expenditure for the design and implementation. In these budgets we allow a reasonable amount for each aspect of the project but as this is not cast in stone these figures may vary slightly upon a tender review.

We have built up great working relationships with many of our contractors and suppliers in the field and expect only the highest standard of workmanship and professionalism from them. Our contracts ensure that both client and contractor are protected. Our database is extensive and therefore we can ensure that you will obtain a selection of comparrative quotes and we can then assist you in making the right decision regarding appointments.
